Job Title: Sales Representative & Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Interstate Roofing is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team as an independent contractor. Individuals are hired as 1099 contractors, and work on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing roof replacement projects from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on performance, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities related to roof repair and restoration. You will need to build and maintain relationships with clients and maximize commission earnings.
Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial assessment to project completion. Coordinate with roofing crews, restoration experts, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track. Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal teams.
Client and Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project. Facilitate communication between home owners, insurance companies, field teams, and the Interstate Roofing office to ensure smooth operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
You are a great fit for this role if you have experience in sales, construction, or project management.
Compensation: Commission-based 1099 Contractor. First year earnings are typically between $75-100k, with no earning caps.
Requirements: Individuals must have a valid driver's license, their own cell phone, reliable transportation, and the ability to go up and down on a ladder to inspect roofs. It is also helpful to have your own laptop or computer, but one will be accessible if you don't have one.
Background Checks: People with criminal records, including felony records are encouraged to apply. However, please note that people with registrable sex offenses will not be a good fit for this role.
