Address: The Delta Center is located at 301 South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah

Entrance: Enter the arena at the Main Entrance, located on the corner of South Temple and 300 West near the large J note. The event will take place in the Delta Center Concourse.

Public transit: take the TRAX Blue or Green Line to Arena Station

Registered Attendees will be able to:

  • Use Rasa Legal’s eligibility tool to see what is on their record and whether it is eligible for record clearance;  
  • Meet with a volunteer attorney to discuss their eligibility results; 
  • Determine whether they are eligible for automatic clearance under Utah’s Clean Slate law;
  • If eligible for automatic clearance, fill out the forms needed to benefit from automatic clearance;
  • Determine whether they are eligible for petition-based (court-processed) expungement under Utah law;
  • Be entered into a drawing to win free legal representation from Rasa. Thanks to generous support from the Smith Entertainment Group (SEG), Rasa Legal will offer free representation in 100 cases. Individuals will be randomly selected and must pre-register for the event to be entered into the drawing.
  • If eligible for petition-based expungement, meet with a volunteer to fill out the BCI application required to start the petition-based process (the $65 government application fee will be free for those who qualify, as part of this event);
  • Get information about resources, fair chance hiring opportunities, and other services from over 50 community partners

Individuals Must:

  • Pre-register by Wednesday, January 15th (while walk-ins may be accepted, due to volume, we cannot guarantee that walk-ins will be served).
  • Bring a valid government ID (needed for the BCI application process)

Know Before You Go:

  • Check-in begins at 1:30 PM
  • Bags (including purses) won't be allowed in the arena (see Prohibited Items info below)
  • Media will be present at the event. There is a chance that photos or video footage from the event will appear in the news.

Prohibited Items:

For the health and safety of fans, bags (including purses) will not be allowed at the Delta Center. Exceptions include diaper bags and medical bags no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. Clutches or wallets no larger than 4” x 6” x 2” will also be allowed. All bags are subject to search and x-ray upon entry.

The following items are prohibited at all events (Note: this is not an all-inclusive list):

  • Aerosol Cans
  • Audio/visual recording devices (e.g. GoPros, Google Glass, Spectacles, etc.)
  • Backpacks, bags, and purses
  • Beach balls, frisbees or any other projectiles
  • Coolers or bottles (cans or glass)
  • Drones
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Flasks
  • Flashlights
  • Illegal substances
  • Large banners/flags
  • Laser pointers
  • Mace, pepper spray
  • Noise-making devices, included whistles/horns
  • Optical illusions intended to interfere with another's vision
  • Professional or commercial cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses
  • Signs with obscene or offensive language or pictures or larger than 11 x 17 inches in size (See: Banners and Signs)
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Sticks, poles or pipes, selfie sticks, bats, clubs, umbrellas
  • Strollers
  • Tripods/monopods
  • Anything else deemed inappropriate by management
